Kilnsey Farm Shop & Delicatessen - ' The Keeper's Larder '

The Farm Shop at Kilnsey Park is brimming over with fresh, natural food. Here we have fresh trout from our own farm, local game, Yorkshire preserves and biscuits, Dales cheeses and other local produce. Kevin, our Chef has produced a range of oven ready meals or ready frozen for your freezer. These are made to his special recipes which are already enjoyed by the visitors to our restaurant.

For those who prefer to buy the fresh trout and cook it themselves, we have recipe sheets which give detailed instructions to cooking a trout. We also have a gift section with souvenirs of the Dales and some more unusual gifts!

LOCAL OVEN-READY GAME During the season, we have a selection of local game ready to take home fresh or for your freezer ranging from venison and pheasants, grouse and rabbits, partridge and farm-bred duckling - all ready prepared for cooking. Trout Pates and Terrines - perfect for starters or sheer indulgence Trout Fillets - Prepared ready for cooking (Fresh, Peppered, Smokies,Garlic and Dill) HOME MADE CAKES & PUDDINGS To finish off your meal take home our delicious locally made puddings or enjoy our home made cakes from the Farm Shop.
